Enjoy a generous sharing platter featuring Bruny Island Cheese Co. C2 and baked Otto, paired with Wild Mother Tasmania’s Tarragon Apple Cider Vinegar, crusty bread and lavosh crackers. The platter also includes sliced ham, olives, pickled egg and three house condiments, showcasing a selection of local products.
To accompany the meal, each guest receives a glass from a selected range of Tasmanian wine, beer or soft drink. During your experience, you will also enjoy a guided introduction to the producers and products featured on the platter, offering insight into the makers behind the meal.
